Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully
before using the services provided by our furniture hire company. By accessing
our website or engaging in any transactions with us, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not
agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 "Company," "we," "our," or
"us" refers to My Furniture Hire LTD

"Customer," "you," or
"your" refers to any individual or entity using our services.

"Furniture" refers to the items available for
hire

"Rental Period" refers to the duration for
which the furniture is hired by the customer.

"Booking" refers to the confirmed rental order
placed by the customer.

 

2.1. To make a booking, customers must provide accurate
and complete information through our website or by contacting us directly.

2.2. By placing a booking, the customer agrees to pay the
total rental fee for the agreed-upon Rental Period.

2.3. Payment can be made through the accepted payment
methods listed on our website or as communicated by our representatives.

2.4. Full payment is required to secure the booking. The
rental period commences upon payment receipt.

2.5. All prices quoted on our website or provided through
other channels are subject to change without prior notice.

2.6. We reserve the right to substitute alternative
products of a comparative or superior quality subject to availability.

2.7 Our furniture is hire products- and therefore are
usually not brand new and will show signs of use

 

3.1. Delivery and collection services are available and
can be arranged during the booking process. Additional charges apply.

3.2. The customer must ensure that someone is present at
the delivery address during the scheduled delivery and collection times.

3.3. If the customer is unable to accept delivery/collection
or provide access at the scheduled time, additional delivery or collection
charges may apply.

3.4. Any damages or missing items noticed during the
delivery or collection process should be reported to us immediately.

3.5 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the
company is given necessary access to collect the furniture within the time
frame we have allocated. Any additional waiting time will result in additional
charges to cover our waiting costs.

3.6 The customer will be liable to pay any parking
penalties received on delivery or collection

 

4.1. The customer agrees to use the hired furniture for
its intended purpose only and in a careful and proper manner.

4.2. The customer must not alter or modify the furniture
in any way during the rental period.

4.3. The customer is responsible for the furniture's
safekeeping and protection from theft, damage, and misuse during the rental
period.

4.4. The customer should not move the furniture from its
original location without our prior approval.



5.1. The customer is liable for any damages, loss, or theft of the furniture
during the rental period.

5.2. In the event of damages, the customer will be
responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement of the furniture if
items are damaged beyond repair

5.3. Damages and loss charges will be deducted from the
security deposit, if applicable, or billed separately to the customer.


6.1. Cancellation requests and/ or order reductions must
be made in writing or via email.

6.2. Refunds will be issued as follows:

- Cancellation made more than 7 days before the Rental
Period: 75% refund

- Cancellation made within 7 days of the Rental Period:
50% refund

- Cancellation made within 48 hours of the Rental Period:
No refund

 

7.1. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our
obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes,
and governmental actions.


8.1. We collect and process personal information in
accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such
data collection and processing practices.

 

9.1. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the company
harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising
out of the customer's use of the furniture.

 

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be
effective upon posting on our website.

 

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions as well as any additional policies or guidelines provided
